We are finished phase one and are about to embark on phase two of a renovation of a 1960's side split in the Hunt Club area of London. We have been very happy with Kevin, Tyler and Hannah. From the design and conception phase to construction, clean up and beyond they have been very responsive to our many questions and last minute requests. The tradespeople they have brought in have been consistently good, with Opal always ensuring that everything is top-notch and professionally done.

Their design process was thorough, creative and comprehensive. They were able to look at our house, see things that no one else did, and then communicate it effectively so we too could see the potential. They took our ideas and made them better by truly listening to us - a rarity in this business. They gave us what we wanted; what we needed; and designed it better than we could have hoped for.

The interaction between Kevin, Tyler and myself during this process was outstanding. Most of the time, these days, everybody is talking, nobody is listening. Not in our case. Each idea, each argument, each outcome, was discussed and agreed upon. A real, de facto, collaboration. We, as a family, would like to express our gratitude to Kevin and Tyler (Opal Building Co.) for the outstanding work carried out with great professionalism. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and honesty.
